Anthropic Claude Subscription Changes June 15

Anthropic has made a subtle change affecting all Claude subscription levels. Beginning June 15, usage through the Agent SDK and claude -p commands will no longer draw against standard subscription allowances. This might initially seem like an extra benefit without added cost. In reality the situation differs. Prior to June 15 every instance of such automated activity pulled resources from the shared pool of subsidized capacity.
