Finnish President Alexander Stubb has stated that NATO leaders are privately supporting Ukraine's deep drone strikes into Russia, and that the United States is also on board. According to Stubb, Kyiv is currently in its best position since the start of the war,militarily, politically, and financially. He believes the strikes are a significant development.
