Five seconds for throw-in Count starts as soon as the player has the ball in hands. 3. Five seconds to take a goal kick Referee blows the whistle and counts five seconds. If goalkeeper exceeds time, grants a corner kick to the opponent. 4. Ten seconds to leave the field in substitutions Substituted player must leave by the nearest point quickly, without walking. 5. One minute out after treatment Player who is treated on the pitch will need to leave and must remain out for one minute. 6. After treatment to the goalkeeper, one outfield player stays out for one minute Coach or captain indicates who serves the minute out. 7. Only the captain talks to the referee A single interlocutor per team throughout the entire match. 8. Covering the mouth in a discussion: red card (Vini Jr Protocol) Intentionally covering the mouth when arguing with an opponent will be conduct subject to expulsion. 9. VAR check for application of second yellow card The card that results in expulsion becomes reviewable by VAR. 10.
