Unifying Large Language Models and Knowledge Graphs

Claude and other Large Language Models keep inventing facts because the system has nowhere to store a specific truth. Knowledge gets smeared across billions of weights instead of sitting in an addressable spot. Adding more parameters won't fix that structural flaw.
