Ukraine campaigned intensely to secure Western armor, but the strategic landscape shifted before delivery. Leopard tanks were once top priorities for Kyiv, with price tags near $10 million per unit. Cheap drones had already reshaped combat dynamics by the time these heavy vehicles arrived.
