Mika Pikazo RE:BEL ROBOTICA character designs

Mika Pikazo is opening up about how the character design work on FIRE EMBLEM Engage actually shaped her original anime project RE:BEL ROBOTICA. She didn't just sketch a few faces; she built out a whole host of characters including heroes, protagonists, villains, bosses, foes and the like. What stands out is that she gave a great deal of thought to the perspectives and personalities of people in all sorts of different positions during the process. It wasn't a quick pass either because she spent a lot of time thinking about how to weave those diverse viewpoints into the final cast for RE:BEL ROBOTICA. The result is a lineup where every role feels grounded in a specific mindset rather than just being a generic archetype.
