A new romcom TV anime is on the way. Tezuka Production is handling the adaptation of 'The Cold Sato-san is only Sweet to Me', announced Oct 6, 2026. The premise: a high school girl who reads as cold and distant on the surface, but around one particular male classmate she softens up. That classmate of hers? He puts in shifts at the cafe his family runs. The original Japanese title is 'Shiotaiou no Satou-san ga Ore ni Dake Amai'. Rights for the project sit with Kazami Sawatari, Shogakukan, and the 'Shiotaiou no Satou-san' Production Committee.
