CERN search for tiny quantum black holes

CERN physicists are continuing to search for evidence of tiny quantum black holes using collisions at the Large Hadron Collider. These hypothetical black holes could potentially appear in certain theories involving extra dimensions and high-energy particle collisions. Recent analyses of LHC data found no evidence that quantum black holes were produced. Instead, the researchers used the results to place stronger limits on the conditions under which these objects could exist.
