Largest Silver-Producing Countries in the World — 2023 Silver is both a precious metal and an important industrial raw material, used in electronics, solar technologies, electrical applications, jewelry and other manufacturing sectors. Its production is concentrated across the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania.
