Josh Brolin on Ridley Scott
yazan Anjali Filmi: Josh Brolin
Josh Brolin praises director Ridley Scott’s work on ‘THE DOG STARS’. “Great directors either lose it or they stay fresh like him at 88 years old. I don’t know how he’s doing what he’s doing or is as sharp as he is, and he challenges himself in playing with different genres.”

Do you feel like you pick up something different from every director you kind of work with? I've been lucky enough to work with directors that we hail several times. Like Oliver Stone I worked with twice, Coens I worked with three times, Ridley I've worked with twice. Primarily it's because I'm professional. I show up and I'm into my job and I do my job when I have to do my job. These are people who are really good at collaborating. They're also very into their job. It's not a status thing for them. Great directors either lose it or they stay fresh like him at 88 years old. I don't know how the he's doing what he's doing and as sharp as he is and as much as he challenges himself and playing with different genres, it's fun. And he creates that, you know, the Coens create that. Gus Van Sant creates that. It's like I'm not going to rely on what people are saying is good, is good. I'm going to keep mixing it up and I'm going to keep challenging myself and I'm going to keep and I love being around that. you
