Sony Pictures just dropped a fresh teaser for Zach Cregger's RESIDENT EVIL, and tickets are already up for grabs. Early pre-sales are pointing toward the biggest opening both for Cregger personally and across the entire franchise's history. It's rated R and hits theaters September 18th.
