Kenya is at 7.88. Cameroon shows 7.84. Nigeria comes in at 7.83. Pakistan has 7.81. Jamaica is listed with 7.72. South Africa ranks fifteenth at 7.71. The figures come from the Police Corruption Perceptions Index based on responses to a question about the extent of police corruption issues in each country using a one to ten scale.
