    Public surveys have identified the fifteen nations where police corruption is viewed as the biggest problem. Honduras leads with a score of 8.32. Paraguay follows at 8.08. Venezuela comes next with 8.05. Uganda shares that same mark of 8.05. Guatemala is rated 8.00. Ukraine registers 7.98. Mexico has 7.97. Tanzania stands at 7.92. The Dominican Republic scores 7.91. Kenya is at 7.88. Cameroon shows 7.84. Nigeria comes in at 7.83. Pakistan has 7.81. Jamaica is listed with 7.72. South Africa ranks fifteenth at 7.71. The figures come from the Police Corruption Perceptions Index based on responses to a question about the extent of police corruption issues in each country using a one to ten scale.
